After having their first B-1 visa applications denied, an Ukrainian couple came to our office to try again. They are executives of a branch office in Ukraine of a U.S. company. For the second applicati ... on, our firm helped gather and present substantial documentation about the Ukraine company and its relationship to the US company. Further, we contacted a U.S. Senator's office and had them send a letter to the consulate before the visa interview. The applications were successful and the couple were able to come to the U.S. to receive receive training from the U.S. parent company and tour the U.S. facilities.
