Ms Hornick Represented me on a Domestic Battery Charge. As my Attorney Ms Hornick put more effert in to convict me of the charge then the prosercutor. Infact when the State Attorney offered me time served. Ms Hornick declined that offer even after we discussed a plea of time served would have been a...cceptable for me considering I new I was dealing with a inexperienced "Lawyer" when I called her and asked why she would do that she responded with ignorance. A few days before trial I called her again and Ms Hornick stated the State was offering me Probation. Only after reminding Ms Hornick the State Attorney offered me time served and even then she was reluctant and stated "We can ask the State Attorney". I asked Ms Hornick "Do you want me to take probation?". Ms Hornick replied "Its better then Jail". I was trully more concerned with this Inexperienced public pretender then I was of the Mistermeiner charge that I had pending. That is a fact. My advise to anybody looking for an attoenery, please look elseware.
