Rebecca Briggs lives in Homosassa with her two young children, Jacob and Hannah, and is an active member of Seven Rivers Presbyterian Church in Lecanto, Florida.
Ms. Briggs was born and raised in Massachusetts and graduated with her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in 1993. She ran her own firm for several years in New Hampshire before relocating to Florida in 2003. Ms. Briggs has experience in both large firm and small firm settings. She feels that she can better serve her clients in a small firm where individual attention is expected and provided.
She looks forward to assisting Floridians with their legal needs including estate and tax planning, trust and estate administration, guardianships, bankruptcy and debtor protection, real estate and corporate law.
