Mr. Farry was the attorney for a family member of mine in a criminal defense case. He was knowledgeable, aggressive and thorough. He was always one step in front of the District Attorney. This attorney is one in name only. Why the Colorado Bar allows this lazy, inept and dimwitted lawyer to practice is unknown and unknowable. Took my money, took my case, let the DA dictate terms 5 minutes before trial, "recommended" we accept the offer because he was totally unprepared for trial. "...Sold" the offer as "the best we could get", but made it clear, he hadn't notified the DA of our witnesses. We had a defensable case, but he wasn't prepared to put forth a defense. Much like buying a used car at Phil Long... Boxed himself into a corner due to bad lawyering and NEEDED me to bail him out. For this, I paid $4,000.00.
