Despite acknowledging the challenges lawyers face with multiple clients, Pat's response time to my inquiries was subpar. A crucial email regarding a filing went unanswered for five days, impacting the urgency of the matter. While I don't expect immediate responses, a reasonable turnaround time is vital.
