Scott Brian Kallins

Scott Kallins is a longtime Florida attorney with more than four decades of legal experience. He began practicing law in Manatee County in 1985, building his career in general practice and gaining a broad foundation across many areas of law. That experience gave Scott more than legal knowledge—it gave him a deep understanding of how a legal issue can affect nearly every part of a client’s life.

Throughout his career, Scott has remained committed to the professional fundamentals that matter most to the people he represents: returning calls, answering questions, listening carefully, and handling every matter with diligence, skill, and personal attention.

Scott earned his law degree from the University of Toledo in Ohio and later continued his education with a Master’s degree in Elder Law from Western New England University. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he moved to Florida after law school and built both his career and his life in Bradenton, a community he is proud to call home.

His commitment to Manatee County extends well beyond the practice of law. Over the years, Scott has dedicated significant time to local nonprofit and youth organizations, including leadership roles with the Manatee County YMCA and board service with the Early Learning Center, Pace School for Girls, and the Ringling Redskins.

Scott also played an instrumental role in introducing and growing the sport of lacrosse throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties, helping create new opportunities for young athletes in the region.

His dedication to both his profession and his community has been recognized by the Florida Bar, the Manatee County Bar, Florida’s Secretary of Education, and the Governor of Florida.
