I have represented both husbands and wives in divorce proceedings, domestic violence injunctions proceedings, child custody and support proceedings, and one one occastion, a single father in an adoption proceeding.

I have been succesful in defending mortgage foreclosure actions by negotiating mortgage modification agreements with lenders, where but for my efforts, the properties would have otherwise been lost.

I have assisted with the preparation of such basic estate planning tools as Last Wills and Testaments, Living Wills and Health Care Proxies, and Durable Power of Attorney documents, and have presided over the required execution ceremonies relative to these documents on countless occasions.
