Our firm is driven by our founding attorney, Tinley M. Rudd. Attorney Rudd emphasizes that the firm must always genuinely strive to live up to its motto: Compassionate Advocacy.
Compassionate Advocacy means that the law is about people. Holding more than a decade of experience in the legal field as an attorney and paralegal, attorney Rudd has had ample opportunity to learn about people and their problems.
As a result, attorney Rudd always approaches cases, not thinking of them as technical issues to be managed as much as personal problems for which people are requesting our help. We look at it as a privilege to be chosen by our clients to be invited into their lives to help them with such sensitive issues.
