Derek was attentive, responsive and went above and beyond for me. He was recommended to me by a friend who used him for a complicated real estate closing and he got a deal done that seemed impossible. I hired him for a less complex matter but he was great to work with and handled everything seamlessl...y. He is a really nice person who actually seems to care about his clients and not just about making money.

We hired Derek Eisemann to evict a tenant who had overstayed their stay and stopped payment of rent. Initially, we found him cooperative and helpful. But, as the eviction process dragged on (partly our fault due to an incorrect information), it was difficult to communicate with him. He repeatedly ...ignored our phone calls. We tried to communicate with his assistant, but this was difficult also. Then, after we paid the $1500 fee in the agreement we signed, they sent us a bill for an additional $786.08 without any explanation. We repeatedly asked for an itemized bill and never received one. Then, without any explanation, they charged our credit card for the extra fee. I would not recommend using this legal service.
