This is a great lawyer. I have used him for many things, the latest being an emergency tax situation on Wednesday. He worked from 9 am until 9 pm to finish my emergency and did really good work. He did not charge me extra for the emergency. He has always done great work and kept me very well inform...ed. He is smart and calm and very well informed. His fees are about what you would expect, not the cheapest and not the most expensive.

David has all the tools needed to represent clients in a very professional manner. He was retained by me and successfully represented me several times over the years. The most memorable was a legal matter that was unique and on a level that I had never experienced before. It was an election law ca...se and we were victorious in the end. He handled the entire case from start to finish and was very professional, concerned, courteous and trustworthy. Since winning that case I have employed his services numerous times and referred him to many others for his legal services.

I invested in 4 homes during the real estate bubble and got stuck with them all. David was able to get me completely out of the debt on 3 of them. He stayed on top of the cases always and did some things that were very creative and smart. Unfortunately, the bank did not cooperate on the last mortg...age, but I do not fault David for that. He tried very hard and is continuing to defend me against a deficiency judgment. I do not think we will win that one, but that is in no way his fault- these foreclosure defenses are very hard to win.
