Be careful, he promises you the world & then fights against you & assist your landlord. Then he has the nerve to ask you for more money for his services. We had proof that our landlord refused to repair leaking roof that made part of the house uninhabitable, proof he refused to correct the mold situation, proof he refused to fix plumbing that backed up into the house & did not meet city, county, & state housing guidelines, proof that the plumbing was backing up into the yard & not going into the city sewer system, proof that all 4 fans in the house were not working, proof that the refrigerator was not cooling correctly which was causing bacteria to grow, etc. We lost our case, we lost our damage deposit, even after paying a cleaning service to make the house spotless after we moved out & we still have to pay the landlord additional money. Ryan had the audacity to ask for more money to defend us using the Florida Statutes we gave him to go forward, but he wanted $2000 more & the settlement from the landlord was $1500. He did not defend us & then is requesting more money then the offer on the table, he treat people like they are stupid, when in reality, he didn't know his own job. Never fall for this Attorneys Promises made by a sweet demeanor, because he will harm you & your credit......
