Attorney Arron Getty is one of the best lawyers I’ve dealt with. He did miracles for my 83 year old mother, she mingled with some wrong people and ended up with 11 felonies. He put an end to the nightmare. Thank you so much Arron Getty!!! I’d give you 10 stars if I could. That office is very lucky... to have you!!

Aaron Getty was by far the best experience I’ve had with a public defender let alone a paid lawyer. I truly believe Aaron Getty enabled me to get the best possible ou...tcome, one that I only thought would be possible if I spent thousands upon thousands on a paid lawyer. However, I was lucky enough to get Mr. Getty as my public defender and his drive to help good people in hard times was evident. He truly treated me how he would expect or want to be treated if he were ever in my situation. This was expressed in his work and the way he went about my case, he genuinely cared about the outcome and my future as a person. I was not just one of many files he needed to attend to as though some may treat you. Mr. Getty got me a great deal in a timely manner, always explained the process and helped me with every bump or question along the way to ensure we reached the end goal together. He stayed in contact, updated and fought for me and I will forever be grateful for that. I don’t normally write reviews unless the place or person has gone above and beyond and Mr. Getty most certainly does for his clients every day. I highly recommend Mr. Getty as I do not have a single bad word to say about him or his work!

I heard about Mr. Getty through another board certified attorney in Sarasota who assured me I was working with the best of the best. When one finds themselves facing an unfamiliar legal situation, it can feel overwhelming to say the least however, from the moment I sat down with Mr. Getty, I felt... that I had someone in my corner who had extreme empathy and compassion for me. I felt that the advice he was giving me was the same advice he would give to someone in his family and I also felt that he would fight for me with the same ferver he would a family member as well. Mr. Getty always took the time to explain all of my options as well as the best course of action. He followed through on all of his promises and offered personal assistance throughout the the entire experience. He was extremely accessible and prompt in personally corresponding with me regarding the case and answering all of my questions and concerns. Mr. Getty was a true advocate for me and I just don't know if I could have navigated that terrible situation without his help. Mr. Getty has been there even after the conclusion of the case offering assistance in helping me file additional paperwork, etc. I cannot praise him enough for his integrity, competence, and compassion.

I met Aaron due to my spouse's arrest due to out of control drug addiction in 2012. I had a lot of interaction with Aaron and his assistant (I believe) Carol. Aaron didn't just shoot for lowest charge and get the file off the table. He actually looked at the source of the problem behind the arrest..., and got my spouse into mental health court which has changed BOTH our lives like I never dared to dream could happen. Thank you, Aaron, you are a cut above the rest.
