Highly personable, but get involved in your case.

Kayla is very warm person to deal with. Not too experienced yet in my opinion, I actively assisted her in the development of our case. Her initial estimate of cost was in the $4K to $6K range but I ended paying over $12K. My divorce expectation was to be protected with a main pre-marital asset and he...r opinion was that in mediation that would have a better chance of being protected. I was for direct negotiation with my divorce petitioner wife instead, and her thoughts were to "save" lawyers fees going to mediation. Mediation was costly, and it did not fulfill the expectation. Maybe she was not self assured enough to negotiate a good agreement with the opposing party. Mediation, as conducted, was a pre-prepared six hour package that extenuated myself, isolated myself from the opposing party, and allowed the Mediator to take it upon himself to create a ten page agreement package without pre-agreeing in advance to the details (homestead value, car values, pre-marital assets) which he presented for signature at the eleventh hour with the added pressure that one signs at that point or has to then go to Court. No Good! My advise is to hire a lawyer less complacent with the opposing lawyer and limit your interactions with your lawyer's office, as every little thing is billed (It cost me $100 to send my petitioner's passport to her lawyer). Also, Mediation, as it is conducted, leaves things in the hand of the Mediator who orchestrates a Resolution that takes you back in surprise at the end. Finally, had it not been for my active involvement in documenting and providing strategic moves I may have ended worse off.

Professional Divorce Attorney

I was hoping for an inexpensive, uncomplicated divorce and that is exactly what I got. At my initial meeting with Kayla I explained what my goal was and she explained in detail the process - and expense - required. Marge kept me abreast of all developments and there were never any surprises, legal or... financial. A professional and ethical operation.

Kayla and Marge were absolutely incredible. They were sympathetic, caring and understanding. The communication was excellent and they fought hard for me and won in my divorce settlement. They settled my case quickly and their fees were very reasonable. Thank You Kayla and Marge and I highly recommend... them to all that need legal help.

I hired Kayla Tipple as my lawyer and I am so greatful I did. From the moment I met her I knew I had made the right choice. Kayla treated me with respect ,and showed empathy for what I was going through. I was married for 27 years when my husband left me, I was a deer in the headlights. I had no id...ea what I was doing. Thanks to Kayla and Marge at Bowler Law, I am now able to plan a future and start my life over with the means to do so. I am eternally grateful for everything they did for me. My son and I have a future thanks to you.....
