Jaime L. Delgado-Ramos

Jim Delgado is an award-winning, bilingual personal injury litigation lawyer with over 25 years of trial experience. He has built a reputation in Manatee and Sarasota County, including, Sarasota, Bradenton and Palmetto, and across the State of Florida as a trusted and tenacious injury lawyer. A dedicated United States Air Force veteran, Jim previously held the position of Navigation Systems Specialist on F-4 Wild Weasels. Fluent in Spanish, he is passionate about ensuring his Spanish-speaking clients receive the justice they deserve.

Jim has been recognized repeatedly for his excellence and commitment to service. His accolades include the Manatee County Bar Association Community Service Award (2007), Florida Trends’ Best Up and Coming Attorneys Award (2008), and the prestigious William Grimes Lifetime Achievement Award for Community Service (2018), which is the highest honor awarded by the Manatee County Bar Association for community service. His commitment extends to numerous leadership roles, including serving as Past President of both the Gulf Coast Latin Chamber of Commerce and the Manatee Educational Television. Furthermore, Jim is an active member of several organizations, including the Central Economic Development Committee, Manatee Community Action Agency, Legal Aid of Manasota, and the Community Leadership Council for USF Sarasota-Manatee. Jim has also contributed his legal expertise by serving as an attorney coach for the St. Stephens Episcopal School Mock Trial Team and as a judge in the Teen Court Program at the Manatee County Courthouse.
