David began dealing with our estate planning lawyer, who was handling the probate of my spouse's estate. They worked very well together, and our estate planning attorney developed great respect for David during the process. David coordinated both of their efforts so that I had no stress about the case nor its effects on probate. He ultimately settled the case and wrapped up the details. I only needed to execute detailed Closing Statement and deposit the settlement proceeds. Despite my spouse's death in the midst of the case (which could have been very detrimental to it), David settled the case for 98% of what we were asking. This was directly the result of his experience, attentiveness to our case, ability to quickly and effectively adjust his approach as needed, and his power of persuasion.
