Daniel Dewayne Nawara II

Daniel D. Nawara is a Sarasota criminal defense and DUI attorney and the founder of Daniel D. Nawara, P.A. Before opening his practice, he served as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida's 12th Judicial Circuit, the office that prosecutes cases in Sarasota, Manatee and DeSoto Counties. That experience gives him a working knowledge of how the State builds and evaluates DUI and criminal cases in local courts.

The firm represents people charged with DUI, criminal traffic offenses (including driving while license suspended or revoked and leaving the scene), drug possession, theft, battery, domestic violence, and violations of probation, in Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, North Port and Lakewood Ranch. In DUI cases, the firm can request the DMV formal review hearing, which must be requested within 10 days of arrest, to challenge a license suspension.

Daniel has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2016. He is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law (J.D.) and Stetson's College of Business (M.B.A.), where he received the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award.
