Client instructions not followed and case lost
She charged significantly more than expected nor agreed. Kathi did not get the results needed. The situation was not rectified by her despite my numerous valid concerns. Tens of thousands were spent on her services with completely unsatisfactory results. As a single mother I cannot afford to live now...
