I used my primary residence as collateral to purchase an investment rental home that went "belly up" resulting in foreclosure. I was within weeks/few months of losing BOTH the rental house AND my HOME. After consults with four different local attorneys that specialize in real estate foreclosure, my... "web" was so tangled, none of them could see a way out, thus not even wanting to deal with it! Sean was honest and couldn't promise my ideal outcome, but his attitude was so positive that he refused to have it any other way, which meant research, perseverance, etc...Not only was I able to keep my home, he found other mistakes/defects in the chain of titles, etc...He definitely put his heart into it (which meant much more time than I'm sure he anticipated), but anyone could see the thrill in his expressions and hear the victory in his voice of the challenges that faced him BEFORE he even had it "tied up"! The irony is at first I didn't know if I liked his "no nonsense" approach etc..., but he was very to the point, methodical, and it didn't take long for me to see there was a "method to his madness"! His contact with me was exceptional, texting or e-mailing me EVERY document and followed up with results of the MANY phone calls he had to make to get to the summit of my case. His regard for detail and deadlines were especially noted. I feel my comments are credible since I've had to hire attorneys many other times in the past for other things that have left me with a bad taste in my mouth! I would definitely use him again and hold a high regard for his knowledge and perseverance.
