I highly recommend Bob as your lawyer. I’m so glad I went with my gut. I did my research and I saw everyone had some bad reviews mixed in with the good ones so I took a chance on Bob. Bob is the best attorney I have ever used. I am a single, hard working mother of twin boys, and Bob really helped to keep the cost down, while being knowledgeable, polite and respectful. I felt he gave my case his all, answered my calls and questions in a timely and professional manner and well orga...nized. I liked him so well that I referred a good friend of mine to him. If I need representation in the future, I would hire him again.

I paid him thousands for a custody case, and he did nothing for my case. I read other reviews about Robert, and some others claimed that he fell ill right before their trial. That’s exactly what happed we my case, he fell ill right before trial. And during trial he acted like a junior lawyer he is. H...e is not aggressive at all. If you love your children find another lawyer because he will not fight for you.

My wife and I hired him to handle a non contested stepparent adoption. He told us he would prepare all the paperwork needed, all we had to do was the leg work, and file the paperwork ourselves. I paid him $450, then later received a stepparent adoption affidavit, but here is the kicker. This was f...or adopting twin boys, he used the term child throughout it. the term grandparent was used, instead of stepparent, in spots. He even call the twin boys, "she" at one point. Clearly, was a cut and pasted letter. We were provided legal paperwork that was irrelevant to our adoption, but he missed a required piece of paperwork, all together. He even admitted that was his oversight. I simply asked for a refund, but not all of the money, I offered to let him keep $150 for his time, however short that was. Instead, I got a response about how he did this at a reduced rate, and it was my responsibility to proof read his work, cause I paid so little for it. In all he will take your money, and provide you with very shoddy legal representation. I would stay far away from this man...

Paid $500 toward $750 balance for Mr Stein to draft, file and appear on our behalf for temporary custody order. We realized it was a mistake when he took a week to provide a draft. The draft was completely full of incorrect information and/or blanks left for us to fill in. All the information was ...provided to Mr Stein, no need for blanks or incorrect details, such basic info as the child's sex. After the delay and final receipt of this shotty draft I realized Mr Stein was not the representation we wanted. Mr Stein did not hesitate to request the final payment of $250, which we did not submit since we never received a proper draft of the motion let alone filing or representation of the motion. We sought proper legal representation. We requested a refund minus time for the draft since this only service we received. Mr Stein replied that there was no balance to refund, seriously $500 for a shotty draft that we could have done on our own? When first asked what the situation was after almost a weeks passing he replied that he had been sick and would start it the following day. Half hour later he sent the terribly incorrect and fill in the blank draft. This is the only service provided, $500 for that? Our advice to you if looking for proper legal representation,,, LOOK ELSEWHERE! We do not even recommend his service for simple filing of paperwork as his cost is far more than what is customary. If we could rate no stars we would.
