Unreliable, unresponsive and unprofessional
This attorney was hired for legal services for an estate matter, and failed to file necessary papers and motions. Failed to properly appear at required hearings/court dates. Statements for balances due were sent monthly with no itemized billing provided despite written, emailed and verbal requests....
