Mr. Thompson represents our Condo Association (he will soon be our former attorney) and our experience has been the same as the other reviews here. His firm does exactly what the President wants and demands even if it is not legal and charged our association for expenses that should have been paid f...or by the property management company. He has written incomplete invalid opinion letters for a personal vendetta for the President. He has sent harrassing letters to owners at the direction of a friend on the board that had no factual basis. Don't be fooled by his slick "sales pitch" and charm. Run as fast as you can away from this law firm before you are suckered in. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! LEARN BY OUR MISTAKE!!!1

Just like a previous review, Mr. Thompson represents our condo association. However, it seems that he is being directed by one board member and not informing all board members of his action. He has sent out correspondence in the name of the entire board even though several board members knew nothin...g about it. I would never recommend Mr. Thompson or his firm. He is very charming and appears to be knowledgeable and thorough. Then the honeymoon stage is over and his true colors emerge. My advice - go elsewhere!

My experience has been very different from that of previous reviewer. Thompson represented me in a proceeding against a HOA. He is very knowlegeable, pricing was reasonable and he was very responsive. He did not get me in "over my head" - by that I mean that often a lawyer will take you down ...a very expensive and time-consuming path w/o letting you know costs ahead of time. Would definitely use him again.
