Need to hire a lawyer who will actually make you feel like a person and not just an invoice? I meet up with about 5 lawyers who made me shy away from getting a well needed divorce due to talk of Big dollar divorces. Then I meet Libby and she made me feel safe and secure with my decision to move forwa...rd. Getting close to a lawyer and feeling like you have an actual friend in the end is in my world almost unheard of and then I meet Libby. Not sure how she feels but to me I feel like I have a new friend. Thanks Libby your way of doing things was right on for me and I appreciate all you did for me.

A complete waste of time and money! She Accomplished NOTHING, even less than nothing, causing me harm with her incompetence. I waited three months for a temporary support hearing that was cancelled two days before her maturity leave, it was cancelled due to her failure to file the basic required cour...t documents! I had to start over with another attorney after paying her $3500. I also had much of the same experience as the other poor reviews here. She would get extremely defensive and yes, even rude and threaten to withdraw when I would ask why nothing was being accomplished in my case. She never returned phone calls, and rarely answered emails. Very frustrating! I also felt she put no effort or focus into my case. She may have been a decent attorney at a previous point in her career, but, 4 out of the past 5 reviews sing the same song! I highly recommended you find another attorney! It is not coincidence that many people are unhappy and posted the same experience with her, and she seems to have an excuse for everything, and appears to blame the clients. She claims a client sent 40 emails, I would bet it is because she didn’t answer the first 39!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. From the very get go, I explained to Ms. Mcnary what I wanted done with my case. I’d have to say that absolutely nothing was done, other then her sending me some documents that the petitioners attorney put together for me to sign. She managed to use up all $2500 that I ga...ve her and only did maybe 2 hours of work. When I confronted her about this, she decided to withdraw from my case. All I wanted was an itinerary explaining what she had done so far. She started representing me in September, and I had to contact her several times to ask her why she still hadn’t received the petitioners financials. When I met with her in September, she told me that she’d give the petitioner 7 days to provide his fianacails, so I was very surprised as to how she continued to bill me for emails I sent her just simply asking her why she wasn’t doing her job. She makes promises that she doesn’t keep and nickel and dimes you for every single thing. She never gives updates on what’s going on with your case and takes forever to respond to emails simply asking her why things are not being done. She’s also very rude and condescending.Trust me, you’re better off finding another attorney.

I am very thankful for having Ms. McNary represent me in my divorce case. She's smart, conscientious, efficient and achieves great results in the courtroom. Libby is also personable, easy to work with and her fees are reasonable considering the great results she achieves.
