Kallan Christopher Eslich

Hiring Kallan Christopher Eslich was one of the worst decisions I have made. I looked at his reviews here, but at the time there was only one and it was positive. My experience has been just like the other two reviews listed. My court dates have changed 7 times and I'm pretty sure the last 5 dates h...e gave me, were complete lies because I was not able to confirm any of them with Clerk of the Courts. I even called the judge's assistant (who was listed on the hearing notice I was given) to find out they did not have my case. I have wasted 9 months of my time, energy and money with someone who I trusted. Please do not make the same mistake.

I had the unfortunate experience of working with Mr. Eslich. I live 200 miles away and he advised this would be an easy, open and shut case. The case was dragged out for 8 unnecessary months because Mr. Eslich lacks cimmunicatiin skills and motivation. He was darn near impossible to get in touch wi...th and continuously cancelled scheduled phone conferences that we arranged for a time convenient to him. He also had he audacity to cancel hearings without advising me, his client, until after the fact when I was trying to call in for the hearing. Mr. Eslich required a retainer and then asked for additional funds for an evidentiary hearing that never took place. Mr. Eslich advised he woud refund half, but here we are almost 3 weeks later and no refund and not able to get in touch with him. This attorney is far from professional and will tell you whatever you want to hear just so he can make a dollar. He has no respect for his clients and his clients' time or emotions. It's really too bad because I know I will need an attorney again in a year and a half but I sure won't be using Mr. Eslich.

I took my best friend who is an attorney in another state to my initial consultation to be safe and he was very comfortable with me retaining Kallan. I don't regret my decision. He was very helpful to me during a very trying time when in all honesty, I wasn't at my best. He simplified the process for... me and broke it down on a normal level to walk me through the process. In the end, the hardest part was the emotional end because the legal end was thankfully very well taken care of. Divorce to me always meant going broke and losing everything as a man. Now as I have learned, every instance is different, but in my case, Kallan was right on top of things and I came out of it with my desired custody and finances intact. I would definitely use this attorney again if the need should arise.

Kallan C. Eslich is a terrible attorney stay far away from him and his one person firm. I believe the other post was from a family friend. He is not any of the things mentioned in the previous post. I have had a divorce pending for well over 2 years with no end in sight after being paid in full for c...lose to 2 years now. He has lied to me on numerous occasions with documentation to back it up. He has told me for a year now that a final hearing was set, provided dates and times only to discover via the clerk of courts website and a call to the office a hearing was not set nor a motion filed to set a date. I have had to fill out and file my own documentation with the clerk’s office to start receiving the child support that I was awarded 3 months ago after contacting him several times about the documents being filed, yet I had to do work that he was paid to do. He only meets with his clients at a satellite office because he is running his law firm out of his residence and without any staff to assist him. The few times that we did attend a court hearing or mediation he arrived just in time to start proceedings and was unprepared for court. I have contacted via email and phone on numerous occasions only for my calls and emails to go unanswered until I was persistent with daily calls and emails. If you want an attorney that will lie and provide you poor representation and make you look bad in front of the judge than he is the attorney for you. If you are looking for an ethical attorney to represent you and fight for your best interest then stay far away from him.

Mr. Eslich is willing to listen to the facts, understand your position, and fight for the best interest of the child. He knows what he is talking about, and can take his clients concerns and present them to the court, as well as the opposing side, and get results. If you do not understand the law, M...r. Eslich will not insult you or make you feel inferior. He will help you understand and guide you in a positive direction through these emotionally trying times. It is hard to think straight during traumatic times, especially with children involved, and you need a lawyer who understands family values. I've spoken to several lawyers, and as they all charged pretty much the same fee, Mr. Eslich listened with empathy. I find this to be of the utmost of importance when emotions are at the front of the battle. Not all lawyers are the same.
