Jonathan Matthew Diamond

Jonathan M. Diamond graduated with honors from Florida State University in 2012. In 2016, he received his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. While at Stetson Law, Mr. Diamond competed internationally in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot for two years. During his second year on the Vis team, Mr. Diamond was lead writer/editor on the competition brief, which won an Honorable Mention Best Brief Award, placing the brief in the top 50 out of over 300 teams worldwide.

Upon graduation from Stetson Law, Mr. Diamond worked as a judicial staff attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. While working as a judicial staff attorney, Mr. Diamond was given the rare opportunity to view the world through a judge’s eyes while working very closely with judges. His experience as a judicial staff attorney allowed Mr. Diamond to hone his legal drafting and litigation skills for use in his future career as a practicing civil litigation attorney.

Mr. Diamond is a Personal Injury Attorney at Jodat Law Group. He puts his legal drafting and litigation skills to use by zealously representing each of his clients. Mr. Diamond is a tenacious worker and a rising star at the firm. He has developed a reputation as a diligent and detail-oriented attorney that will go the extra mile for his clients. Mr. Diamond has been recognized for his accomplishments and has been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list - an honor received by only 2.5% of all attorneys in the State of Florida - 3 years in a row (2020, 2021, and 2022). 

In his spare time, Mr. Diamond enjoys spending his time with his beautiful wife, and fellow attorney, Kaelyn Diamond (maiden name Steinkraus) and their two Australian Shepherds.
