It was the worst experience I have ever had. I would recommend considering other options, as this lawyer may have to update himself on the new law signed by the governor. Arrogant, claiming he knows the judge, who supposedly rented a room in his office, and that they spent time together. In court,... the judge had to instruct him not to ask questions or make requests that were not relevant to the case, as the law has been updated. The judge even recommended that he review the updated law. He'll promise you everything until you pay him; then you're on your own. I had to hire another attorney due to his incompetence before being rehired for the final; he severely damaged my case. In 2024, he was seeking permanent alimony under the new law, but he failed to submit the required pleas. When I questioned him, he arrogantly responded that he has been practicing for 20 years and can ask for whatever he wants. He never answers the phone and takes a long time to reply to emails. And if you speak with him about his nonsense questions, he's playing in court for the other party and the ridiculous plea; he is arrogant enough to respond that he does not need any criticism. Of course, he already got the money. Stop to practice and go back to Law school Mr. Weiffenbach.
