Yes but they will need to get the certified convictions which may be difficult for the older ones. Consult with a criminal defense attorney ASAP.

The arrest record is public record regardless of whether you were convicted. You can expunge the array record if you have no other convictions....

You may need to hire an attorney to file a stipulation with the judge ASAP assuming the State has no objection.

Yes it will show up on a background check. If you received a withhold and have no other convictions (even misdemeanors) you can seal your record...
