I agree with the other responses. Typically they will require you stay on for 180 days to ensure you do not commit and new offenses....

You can file a motion to either extend your probation to give you more time or you can request that the court reduce your fines to a civil...

Yes he can be ticketed for parking in a handicapped spot.
If you flee to another country ,to escape incarceration, can you come back and turn yourself in or will there be more charges ?

Yes you can come back to turn yourself in, you may be arrested at customs. There is a possibility that you may be charged with contempt of court...
