John Edward Brown

John Brown is a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Attorney with over twenty-five years of real estate experience.  He regularly handles sales, acquisition and exchanges, title matters and leasing.  John’s practice also includes extensive experience in the areas of management and control of condominiums, co-operatives and homeowner’s associations. John’s practice also consists of handling government matters such as zoning and land uses, environmental regulations and other aspects of acquisition and development of real property throughout the State of Florida.

Mr. Brown handles corporate filings, formation, modification, record keeping and the sale of business ventures.  John can review or draft employment and management agreements.

Mr. Brown handles administrative law and government law matters with extensive expertise in administrative public hearings, permitting and land use issues.
