Can A person on Violation of probation grand theft with no bond with a new charge of robbery, get a bond?

I would be surprised if the Judge granted a bond on the v.o.p. in this scenario. However, you may ask for a bond to be set.
WAS ISSUED A FELONY WARRANT CTI FELONY FLEEING OR ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE BOND 5,000. wITH A PICK UP ORDER ONLY?

The court will not notify you of a warrant...they may have tried to notify you of a court date, but it would have been sent to the address they...

It depends on whether or not you received a withheld adjudication. If so, you may get the charge sealed. If you were adjudicated, you cannot.

If you can't afford an attorney, you probably qualify for the services of the public defender. Ask for one when you go to court.

Don't take the attitude that you "have no time to waste on this". You will probably be offered pretrial diversion and can get the charge dismissed...
