T.R. handled everything that a closing entails. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, honesty, communication and dedication to my house closing that T.R. and his staff displayed. They worked tirelessly and handled every issue that arose, even when it wasn't their responsibility to do so. T.R. Smith handled the sale of our single family home in Bradenton. He was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions that came up as we sold our house by-owner. He was excellent with communication by phone and email and never left a question unanswered; he made sure we understood everythin...g before we entered our contract. All I can say is after dealing with the death of my Brother, Thomas not only handled everything with ease, and professionalism, he had compassion and understanding. He always had patience with me and responded quickly to all my request. I had no worries because I knew everything was being handled . T...homas helped in so many ways. My case had some unexpected issues. Some of the issues required Thomas to dig a little deeper. He did it with ease. He helped me fine a Real Estate broker who ended up being a wonderful person who sold my Brothers house in 24 hours from the time it was put on the market. I remember the first time I went to Mackey Law, I was down in Florida dealing with my Brothers death, and arrangements. I got lost looking for them. I arrived 1 hour late for my appointment, and they were all ready to go to lunch. They saw my frustration when I finally arrived. They were gracious, and told me to sit down, relax and they would talk with me. That meant so much to me. For a bad situation, Thomas was calm, considerate, and really understood what I was going through. Even now a year later. something came up that had to be resolved, and Thomas again came through for me. I would recommend him for sure. I'm from Ohio, and I told him in my last e-mail to him that I wished he was up by me. I can go on and on, but I think by now you should get the point. Thomas unlike some attorneys was upfront, professional, compassionate, and understanding. He handled everything for me. I could have never done this on my own. I'm glad I've had this opportunity to express my feelings towards this man who deserves a 5 star rating.
