He worked on my case five years ago in Pennsylvania. He forgot the court hearing date, so I had to call him and he was 20 minutes late for hearing. He forgot he said he would make filing to court to change date. He didn't file counterclaim to contest false allegations that I have pointed out to him. ...As a result I had to pay for $$$$ restitution for what I didn't do and the item didn't even appear on police record! And he suddenly verbally upped his fees and asked for extra payment before one final hearing. (He charged high fees to begin with b/c he was a "former assistant district attorney") He lied to court that I "owed" him legal fee, in fact there was no outstanding fee b/c he never sent out invoice. He forced the plea bargain on me that saved his time and effort. As a result of his slothfulness and silence, a minor "summary" case had turned into misdemeanors with $$$$ restitution costs plus the unnecessary additional stresses.

Completely unprofessional, No communication, Doesn't represent or resemble websites or retainer letter, Nothing done in a timely manner, Poor memory, No preparation, No documentation, No recordings, No follow-up letters, Falsely claimed work & No Email checked on even a monthly basis. Specializes in ...violating State Professional Conduct Laws & I put up with it all for 6-months.
