OUTCOME: My client gained Guardianship over her sister

My client applied for Guardianship over her sister. Her nephew contested this Guardianship. My client's sister was in poor health and had unknowingly given a Power of Attorney to her nephew. Nephew pr ... oceeded to drain his aunt's accounts and invested those funds under his and his wife's names. Nephew partook in many other shady dealings including taking of personal property. After a lengthy trial, my client gained the Guardianship she was seeking.
