Middlesex County (Somerville District Court) - when our client was wrongfully accused of leaving the scene of a car accident, we investigated the charges, spoke to the police, and presented the case at ... a clerk's hearing revealing our investigation and advocating on behalf of our client to the police and clerk magistrate by arguing our client's actions did not violate the law, the elements of the charge were not met, and arguing that there was ample evidence supporting our client's innocence. We successfully convinced the Court to not issue charges against our client and to dismiss the Application for the Complaint.

Norfolk County (Quincy District Court) - following an investigation into the charges against our client, it was determined that there were conflicting versions of the Commonwealth's accusations, and ev ... idence supporting our client's innocence was elicited in front of a grand jury. After we called the credibility of the Commonwealth's main witness into question and gathered together our own list of witnesses through investigation, we filed a Motion to Dismiss the charges against our client, who was acting in self-defense. On the date of trial, we successfully Moved to Dismiss all charges against our client.

Plymouth County (Hingham District Court) - following a successful Motion to Exclude Drug Certificates in which the Court concluded that the Commonwealth failed to produce the scientific testing of the ... alleged drugs recovered from the client, the District Attorney's office was forced to concede that the evidence had been destroyed and it could not take its case to trial against our client as there was insufficient evidence to do so without the drug certificates. The Court agreed with our contention that our client had a right to confront the evidence against him and the District Attorney's office was forced to stand by as we successfully moved to dismiss the drug charges and the charge of Operating Under the Influence of Drugs.
