Client was outside with his small canine, when a neighbor walked by with her two Pitbull dogs. Our client’s smaller canine walked to the edge of his driveway, and was subsequently attacked by both Pitb ... ull’s. At the time, our client was carrying his 40 MM Smith and Wesson firearm, and fired nine shots at both Pitbull’s, killing one, and badly injuring the other.
