Lee Francis Carney

I was impressed with Mr. Carney from the moment he picked up his own phone. I've had several tickets in the past and have been through this many times. Typically there are three questions; what county, ticket number and credit card number. With Mr. Carney he reviewed my driving record, asked details ...of the incident and gave me a realistic assessment of what to expect. Regardless of the outcome, which was positive, I was very impressed and will be saving his number for my next speed ticket!

Mr. Carney handled my speeding ticket. Without a hitch, I no longer had an issue. I would hire Lee again and will recommend him to friends if they find themselves in a similar situation. Also, it is good to note that he was very well received and respected in the Ft. Myers court room by the judge,... our case was the first one called which helped to make the experience over quickly.

I got his flyer along with several other after receiving a traffic citation.I almost went with a cheaper out of area lawyer but after reading reviews I contacted Lee.He did not guarantee no points or fines like the other flyers and was honest and frank about possible outcomes of the hearing.He assure...d me he does only traffic citations and will do his best for me and that he did. He proved reasonable doubt and the case was dismissed.

Mr. Carney was very professional and effective in representing me in court. In preparation for my appearance, he was prompt and thorough in communicating with me prior to my court date. When we met in the courtroom, he had details of my alleged offense, pictures of the intersection where alleged of...fense occurred and computer records of my driving history, which had no offenses. He was rational, concise and straight-forward in his statements to the hearing officer. When the officer stated that the patrol officer's presentation and my defense were heard, it was an extremely difficult decision for him. Mr. Carney suggested a warning citation might be appropriate, the hearing officer agreed and thanked Mr. Carney. This was a first experience for me in court and one that I dreaded beyond words. Mr. Carney made it a painless experience. Kudos!!!
