I would not recommend Lee Carney at all, I had two traffic citiations both worth about $160. I do not have the best driving record to be clear, but instead of telling me when I first called him that it would prbly be best for me to just pay the tickets, he told me if I pay him $300 he could fight the... tickets without points or having to pay a fine. So two months pass and Mr. Carney calls me and says I have a tough judge and I'm not sure if I'll be able to do much for you. So long story short I received both points on my license plus having to +$200 in court fees. So do not trust this man and find a better lawyer because this one is just out for the money.

I hired Mr. Carney to help me resolve a moving citation for an illegal left turn. I felt that the "no left turn" was not clearly posted and that road work and related detours in the area made the traffic flow confusing. Mr. Carney did his research and showed the judge that the street markings wore ...worn and not clearly visible and that the sign was often obscured by parked cars. The judge agreed with him and dismissed my case. Mr. Carney was very professional and thorough in his approach, he communicated the progress of the case throughout the process and his price was very fair. I highly recommend Mr. Carney's services!
