I thought that Mr. Carney was very thorough in gathering facts and presenting them for me in a very professional way. Whenever I reached out to him, he responded in a timely manner and kept me informed of what I had to do so he could properly represent me in court. Needless to say he did an excelle...nt job.

Mr. Carney is the lawyer you need to handle your case and provide you the best outcome possible. I hired him to take care of my case after talking to him on the phone . He comes across as a no nonsense no BS kind of guy . He gives you the expectations upfront and doesn’t try to give you anything othe...r than reasonable expectations. I couldnt be happier with the service I received with Mr. Carney. I remember when I first called and explained my driving record he was very honest up front that it didnt look good since I've had 3 speeding tickets in less than 3yrs. After I was found guilty Mr. Carney he went above expectations and requested that it be dismissed based on a law in place and sure enough, he got it dismissed!! To begin, Mr. Carney was recommended to me by 5 prominent attorneys in Southwest Florida whom I have worked with in the past. I made no physical contact with Mr. Carney, but he was always available on the phone. After answering my questions satisfactorily I decided to hire him.
