I was very impressed with Mr. Carney's personal letter offering representation that I received following a traffic citation and hired him to fight that ticket. I got a speeding ticket. The penalty was to be a fine, traffic school & six points on my driving record. Mr. Carney worked to remove the six points. We went to court twice. First, was an initial meeting with a judge. He would have given me the the max but Mr Carney asked for a hearing. This was the s...econd court date. The county officer who gave me the ticket was there. He stated the facts of the case. Then I got my opportunity to have my say in court. Again, Mr Carney requested that the six point penalty be removed. The judge removed it. I still had to pay the fine & do the driving school but that was fine by me. Thank you Mr Lee Carney!
