I got into a small accident involving 3 cars. The car I hit, cut over multiple lanes in order for him to get into the left turn lane all the way from the right hand lane. I was unable to stop on time because of his actions and I ended up hitting him and then he hit the car in front of him. He tried t...o claim injuries, but was unsuccessful. He already had pre-existing conditions. I received multiple advertisements in the mail for attorneys. I chose Mr Lee Carney as my attorney to represent me. I used Lee on two different speeding tickets that both happened in the same week. I had never had a ticket before so I was very nervous about the outcome and what it would mean for my insurance rates. Lee went to court for both of mine and was in constant contact with me about my cases and was very honest about the situation. Both cases turned up with great results. He was able to get one of the tickets dismissed and the other one with no points, no driving school, and only having to pay a fine. I couldn't of hoped for better results with two speeding tickets, especially so close together. I will definitely be recommending Lee to anyone in need of a Lawyer. I received an uncharacteristic speeding ticket in Charlotte County on I75 N, –while driving from Miami to Sarasota. This is a trip I make once a month to visit an ailing 89 year old parent. I had a perfectly clean driving record and wanted to keep it that way. Given my excellent driving record, I d...id not understand why I was not issued a warning as a first time offender. My desire was to maintain my clean driving record, rather than except guilt, pay the fine and take a driving class to avoid points. To that end, I interviewed 4 legal practices to gather information. The first three firms were young, silly, and not caring. I quickly decided they were not worth my time or money. The forth call to Lee Carney’s office was a night and day experience. The receptionist/assistant who answered the phone was terrific. This young woman took a complete message and did not seem to be bored or eye rolling as the recpetionists at the previous 3 firms I had called were (Note: the 3 firms I was disappointed with were easily found in a Google search, – so trust your insticts when chosing an attorney!). The recptionist put me throught to Lee right then. No messages and waiting for a return call! Lee presented a calm, confident, and thorough manner. Explanations for the process, the possible outcomes, and the fee were discussed. I found everything Lee said to be reasonable, easy to understand and at that point a no-brainer. Lee was my guy. Lee contacted me twice before the court appearance to learn about me and to hear again what I thought happened on I75 that resulted in the speeding ticket. I explained what I thought happened. Next thing I know –Lee calls to tell me the citation was dismissed. Seriously? Can anyone ever ask for more? While I don’t intend to ever get a ticket again, …if I did I would not have to think twice about retaining the excellent, professional, and trustworthy Lee Carney!
