I was given a speeding ticket in an area I was unfamiliar with. I wasn't sure how it worked and I contacted Mr. Carney to hire him to defend me. I couldnt be happier with the service I received with Mr. Carney. I remember when I first called and explained my driving record he was very honest up front that it didnt look good since I've had 3 speeding tickets in less than 3yrs. I decided to take the chance since even a non contest would be nic...e. After I was found guilty Mr. Carney he went above expectations and requested that it be dismissed based on a law in place and sure enough, he got it dismissed!! He could've let it go but didnt and I am grateful, and I've also traded my car in so hopefully no more tickets! The communication for everything was wonderful, whether by phone or email someone was always keeping me in the loop. You are able to have a conversation with Mr Carney before you make any decisions. Then you move forward with the initial fee. Mr. Carney was very specific, and in my case he was able to represent me in court without my attendence, and had my ticket dismissed, with no points or traffic school.
