Jennifer Forgaciu Rogers

Jennifer is an Associate Attorney at Hamilton Mikes, P.A. Her practice is heavily focused on litigation for condominium and homeowners' associations, including contract disputes, post-hurricane repair and reconstruction, disputes between associations and owners, and collections matters. In her time as an attorney, she has effectively advocated for her clients through in‑depth legal research, strong motion practice, and detailed review and compilation of evidence for mediation, arbitration, court hearings, and trial preparation. She has also served as second chair in a lien foreclosure bench trial. Jennifer’s skill in precise legal writing and thorough analysis allows her to present complex issues clearly and persuasively on behalf of the firm’s clients.

Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor degree from Ave Maria School of Law, graduating cum laude in May 2025. During law school, she gained broad and practical experience as a legal intern and law clerk in the areas of property law, personal injury, business and commercial litigation, and immigration law.

Her focus on condominium and homeowners' association law began when she joined Hamilton Mikes, P.A. as a law clerk during her final semester of law school. After passing the July 2025 Florida Bar Exam, she was sworn in at the Florida Supreme Court in October 2025. Following her admission to the Florida Bar, she joined the firm as an attorney.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language Studies from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. She is multilingual, speaking English, Romanian, and Spanish, which allows her to serve a diverse range of clients and communities.

Her background in business, her multilingual abilities, and her hands‑on experience across multiple areas of law contribute to her practical, detail‑oriented approach to serving condominium and homeowners' association clients.
