FRAUD! NIGHTMARE!!!! I'm not probably the only client who Mr. Varga ROBBED! Working with him from biginning was a nighmare for me and my husband.!! He gives you hope that he will help you with your case and he takes money from you in advance and he will tell you that all documents have been s...ent to USICIS. And then a few months later, when the immigration department contacts you that they are missing your documents. You will find that Mr. Varga did nothing in your case. I confronted him and he blocked me everywhere.!!! I wanted an invoice from him from the beginning. We have nothing!!!

I hired Matus Varga to represent me to apply for asylum in Immigration court. After the judge ordered me deported, I paid him to file an appeal. He failed to properly file the appeal and it was rejected as untimely. Due to his incompetence the appelas court wouldn't even consider my appeal. I los...t all my money and my chance to live in the US. He didn't tell me that the appeal had been rejected. I found out when I went to report at Miramar.
