Mays & Kerr represented a business that was sued by a former employee for religious discrimination, negligent retention, retaliation, and several other counts. Prior to conducting discovery, we moved ... to dismiss the case for failure to state a claim, and we then opposed the plaintiff's motion for leave to amend her complaint. The district court then dismissed the majority of the plaintiff's claims, ensuring a quick resolution of the case. Although the plaintiff appealed the ruling, the 11th Circuit affirmed, thereby concluding the case against our client.
