Our case involved a rear-end collision in which our driver was the one who got rear-ended. The collision involved three cars, but unfortunately, one car fled the scene (the "ghost driver"). The insur ... ance company of the individual who rear-ended our client attempted to assign a great deal of fault to the "ghost driver," and as such, did not make a fair offer to our client. We went to trial, and the jury found the driver who rear-ended our client 90% at-fault, and subsequently, they awarded our client 3 times what the insurance company offered him before trial.
