OUTCOME: Defendant's Motion to Dismiss was granted, and decision was affirmed by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals

Plaintiff filed a frivolous lawsuit in federal court against her former employer, a daycare center, for religious discrimination, hostile work environment, negligent hiring and retention and civil cons ... piracy, and sought the statutory maximums in compensatory and punitive damages. Mays & Kerr represented the employer and won decisively in District Court and on appeal to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
