Felony Fraud/Theft

OUTCOME: Felony probation and community service. Upon successful completion the case was reduced to a misdemeanor.

Client was charged with several counts of ID theft related crimes. Was apprehended using another's credit card to make thousands of dollars in purchases from local stores.
