Obtained complete summary judgment in favor of client in a hotly contested pregnancy discrimination case. A pregnant employee who had longstanding attendance issues sued Logistics Co. claiming pregnanc ... y and gender discrimination, disability discrimination, retaliation, and failure to accommodate disability after being terminated for successive no-call no-show attendance infractions. We were able to demonstrate that her attendance infractions were the sole reason for her termination and that Logistics Co. had done more than was required to accommodate her needs.
