Kelly Lyon Davis

Kelly Davis’ practice focuses on all areas of labor and employment law, with an emphasis on employment-related litigation and counseling of employee-related matters. Ms. Davis' experience in assisting management includes: ■ Investigating and defending discrimination and harassment charges and lawsuits. ■ Litigating wage and hour collective actions. ■ Defending lawsuits brought under Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. ■ Resolving a variety of disputes arising from employee separations, including enforcement of covenants not to compete, protection of trade secrets, and unfair competition. ■ Advising on and implementing appropriate strategies and policies for workplace compliance matters. ■ Advising employers as they establish new employment and independent contractor relationships, including drafting restrictive covenants. She regularly appears in federal and state courts, representing employers across a wide variety of industries. In addition, Ms. Davis also practices in the areas of general commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, adoption law, and probate litigation.
