OUTCOME: Trustee prevailed & both petitions were dismissed. Attorney fees were awarded to Trustee.

Trustee was sued by brother who alleged that the trust terms were not followed; also sued at the same time by uncle for fraud in bringing about the trust. Matter is on appeal.
