VERY GRATEFUL

Words cannot express how grateful I am for the whole Dal lago law firm. When I first approached the firm I was scared, confused and didn't know what to do.Mike Calmed me down, explained to me all my options and guided me through the process till I was whole and back on my feet again. I have three kid...s and an elderly father that lives with me and if it wasn't for this firm I don't know where I'd be right now.. Expensive Promised Result? Ended in Expensive Nothing?

I originally spoke to Mike about a company that required bankruptcy with a non-responsive co-owner who would try to derail the process. I understood in that call that Mike verbally agreed in the call with another attorney that everything could be easily handled by the retainer fee and the partner wo...uld not be a problem. I signed representation agreements that allowed unlimited billing. Well, buyer beware, the case was disputed by co-owner and Mike suggested I drop bankruptcy (after he collected the retainer of course). I asked why did we do this in the first place if it could be undone and what was result of spending all that money to come back to same place as we started. While Mike did reduce the final billing, I ended up paying almost double the initial retainer for what, I don't understand. Waste of time and a LOT of money.
